SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, in their original packaging with all included accessories intact. We will refund you once we have received and processed your returned item. We typically process your returned items for evaluation & investigation. If it meets our warranty requirements, a refund will be given or a brand new replacement unit (depends on what you prefer) will be sent to you at our cost. All coils and metal detectors have a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. 

 

EXCHANGE

You can exchange your item(s) within the 7 day period. Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in their original packaging with all included accessories intact. Please note you may incur an additional postage charge in certain circumstances.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@detechdetect.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in their original packaging with all included accessories intact, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS   

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number or contact us at info@detechdetect.com to arrange a refund or exchange.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will dispatch purchased items with tracked delivery information in 2 working days after receiving cleared payment. We did not ship to PO Box.

DELIVERY

 In the event of a failed delivery, the customer will be notified by email that he specified in his order. In the event that the customer does not take action to assist the courier company to receive their order, it will be returned to the sender and the customer will be charged for shipping costs in both directions.
